Mr. Hazem Fathy Mohamed is a licensed attorney registered with the Egyptian Bar Association and an accredited legal advisor with the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai. Since 2012, he has been actively practicing law through Mohamed Al Kheyaili Advocates and Legal Consultants in the Emirate of Dubai.

Dr. Taher Mansour – Professor of International Law and Political Systems
Dr. Taher Mansour holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, along with Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in Egypt. He is a registered attorney with the Egyptian Bar Association and a licensed Legal Advisor accredited by the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai.
